While used as a film studio from the 1950’s to the 70’s, several well-known pop videos were made here – including Radio Gaga by Queen. Adding to the studio’s fame credentials, the famous music video to Dancing in the Street featuring David Bowie and Mick Jagger was edited at St John’s Wood Studios.

St John’s Wood Studios closed in the 1970s; however the building remained in use as film and TV studios until the 1990s.

Entering its newest phase, developer Valouran has confirmed that the 14,805 square feet former chapel is being sensitively redeveloped into five luxury apartments ranging from two to four bedrooms, ranging from 1,722 square feet to 4,510 square feet.

Owned by British investment firm Marcus Cooper Group, an investment, development and property trading group, architecture is being led by Darling Associates and interior design by Gunter & Co, with historic features woven in with state-of-the-art amenities.

Residents will have access to underground parking spaces and almost 4,000 square feet of gardens.
