According to the secure storage firm, more clients are choosing to store gold bars and coins outside of the home as they grow in value.
The firm plans to expand in custom sizes by more than 60 per cent to over 900 boxes. Boxes come in sizes that can accommodate a mobile phone through to an entire room.
The company is also introducing a new HH+ category, measuring 925mm by 640mm by 490mm, designed to accommodate larger high-value items such as suitcases, artwork and large designer handbags such Hermès and Chanel.
Other niche items the company is being asked to securely store are Pokémon cards, vintage comics and custom, high-end perfumes.
Items with emotional value include family heirlooms, photographs, wedding dresses and toy collections.
When complete, IBV International Vaults will be the largest private vault storage facility for high-value commodities in London.
