Focusing on prime central London super-prime lettings, Tunstall has handled some of the capital’s most significant rental transactions.

Tunstall is a well-known industry veteran, who founded boutique agency Mark Tunstall Property 14 years ago.

He had previously worked at Savills having set up their super prime lettings department in 2011, and has held other senior roles across the industry including the head of lettings at Chesterfield, in a career that has spanned more than 20 years.

Tunstall’s portfolio is concentrated in trophy assets such as One Hyde Park — a segment where access is tightly controlled and tenant sourcing is relationship-led.

Other listings in the £3,000-plus-per-week bracket include Holland Park Villas, The OWO and The Peninsula Residences.

Murdi van Hien also joins the Savills super-prime lettings team from Mark Tunstall Property. She started her career with Savills and now returns as director in the super prime lettings team.

Amelia Greene, head of UK lettings at Savills, said that the acquisition “speaks to the growth and potential we see in this marketplace and our commitment to this key area of our business”.

In a report released at the end 2025, Savills confirmed that rental hotspots for the super prime tenants surround Hyde Park, with some demand spreading north into St John’s Wood and Hampstead.

The expansions come as high-end London estate agents report an increase in short-term prime and super-prime rental enquiries from ultra-high-net Middle East residents escaping the conflict that has impacted the UAE.
