TM Tower Benidorm: Luxury penthouses in Europe’s tallest residential tower go on sale

Spain’s TM Tower is set to redefine the Costa Blanca skyline – learn more about the luxury residences going on sale for upwards of €3.4 million.

On the sun-drenched shores of the Costa Blanca in Spain, a landmark development is climbing slowly into the clouds.

TM Tower, a 230-metre‐high skyscraper rising above the resort town of Benidorm, is set to become the tallest residential building in Europe when it opens in late 2028.

Crafted by Spanish developer Grupo TM, the tower extends to 64 floors and comprises 260 homes, with mixes of one- to four-bedroom residences.

Prices already begin at approximately €530,000, but the most exclusive penthouses are now listed in the region of €3.4 million.

Costa Blanca’s skyline redefined

With TM Tower just 50 metres from the popular Poniente Beach, the soaring superstructure is set to become a defining silhouette on Benidorm’s skyline.

The architectural vision comes from the collaboration between BakPak Architects and GEA Architects, who drew inspiration from the organic shapes of Mediterranean marine coral, and believe it will simultaneously represent a “symbol of the Mediterranean’s future” and a “milestone in European residential architecture.”

Technically, the building boasts impressive engineering credentials: a high-rigidity reinforced concrete structure was validated in wind-tunnel testing at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and lifts that ascend at speeds up to six months.

Prestigious resort-style living

Beyond scale and aesthetic, TM Tower promises a lifestyle that mirrors world-class hotel environments.

Residences will be supported by more than 10,000 square metres of communal spaces – heated indoor and outdoor pools, a full gym, a cinema, sports facilities and a dedicated sky-bar on the 63rd floor.

In addition, the sky-bar will incorporate an astronomical observatory developed in collaboration with the Jesús Carnicer Educational and Interactive Science Museum (MUDIC).

Such amenities create a strong competitive advantage, and will be a boon to those acclimatised to the highest standards of luxury.

A sky-high monument to Spain’s real estate fortune

From an investment perspective, TM Tower signals Spain’s growing foothold in the international high-end real-estate arena.

With a €140 million investment backing the project, the development is generating employment across architects, engineers, and trade contractors in the region.

Already, one-quarter of the homes are reportedly reserved, suggesting early confidence in the concept and location. As the global luxury property market remains competitive, projects that combine landmark architecture, prime beachside location, and full resort amenities stand out – TM Tower ticks those boxes.

And with delivery scheduled for late 2028, savvy buyers may want to act early to access the most desirable units – especially given the early-reserve uptake.
