Joey Byrne is VP, Head of Europe at Pacaso, the luxury co-ownership platform, where he leads the company’s expansion across the UK and mainland Europe. Over more than 12 years in international real estate, he has worked across acquisitions, development and fundraising, giving him a ground-level view of how capital moves through property cycles in both stable and disrupted markets.
He began his career at BlackRock’s Real Estate Private Equity Group in New York, before moving into direct development as a Partner at Bond Development Partners. He later served as Head of Acquisitions at London-based proptech firm IMMO, sourcing residential assets across European markets.
Joey holds a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Georgetown University and studied at the London School of Economics. He is based in London.
