Lawrence Bowles is an economic analyst and the founder of Docklands Research, an independent real estate research consultancy. At The Super Prime, he contributes cross-market analysis of prime and super-prime residential property, including the Safe Haven Index, which ranks super-prime locations by capital preservation, privacy and security.
Before founding Docklands Research, Lawrence was Director of Research & Strategy at Savills, an economics adviser in KPMG’s Future Analytics team, and Research & Insights Manager at Cairn Homes. Across each of these roles, his work has drawn on primary construction and transaction data to explain how capital moves through high-value residential markets – grounding his analysis in the underlying mechanics of housing supply, pricing and investment rather than headline figures alone.
At The Super Prime, Lawrence brings that same data-led approach to bear on the global super-prime segment, translating shifts in capital flows, policy and market structure into intelligence that decision-makers can act on.
