Martin Bikhit is Founder & CEO of UK Forbes Global Properties, the exclusive UK affiliate of the global Forbes real estate network, launched in 2026 to represent the country’s finest homes priced above £10 million in London and £5 million elsewhere in the UK. Martin is also an Expert Contributor at The Super Prime, sharing insight on London’s prime and super-prime residential market.
Martin has spent 30 years building a reputation as one of London’s most trusted names in prime and super-prime property. He joined his family’s estate agency, Kay & Co, in 1997, and became its Managing Director in 2008. In 2018, he led Kay & Co into a partnership with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, bringing Warren Buffett’s global real estate network to Prime Central London. He expanded the group further in 2021 with the addition of Marler & Marler, extending coverage across Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia.
Today, Martin oversees a network of branches spanning Marylebone, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Bayswater, Sloane Street and Kings Cross, advising entrepreneurs, family offices, international investors and public figures on acquiring and selling some of London’s most exceptional homes.
